Basic information on data protection

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Purpose: To respond to the enquiry or request made through the contact form (on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data retention: They will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements dictate their custody. When no longer necessary, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee their anonymisation or total destruction.
Disclosure of data: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
